Early rise!
Day 1: August 13th is finally here! And I mean barely here since for us it started at 1:30 am! Didn't sleep much last night...too excited, mind busy thinking of last minute details. Feels kind of like a regular work day for Chuck, with a slightly more exciting destination ;) for the rest of us...we are tired, but HAPPY we are on our way and haven't had any melt downs...yet! In our old GMC (feels like a family vacation already!) heading down the 15 fwy with about four other cars on the road. 6:30 take off Alaska Airlines here we come!
